Governance Overview
AlchemHer CIC is governed by a Board of four members who provide strategic oversight, accountability and regulatory compliance. The Board includes a Safeguarding Lead and a Compliance Officer who oversees safeguarding standards, data protection, operational risk, health and safety, and policy adherence.
The Board meets quarterly to review organisational performance, assess risk, update governance policies, and ensure that AlchemHer CIC continues to operate transparently and in the best interests of the women we support.
Our governance structure aligns with the requirements for Community Interest Companies and reflects our commitment to safe, ethical and trauma-informed service delivery.
