Our Services
Our projects
Our ecosystem of Support
We don’t just offer services; we offer a continuous recovery landscape that fills the gap between crisis support and long-term independence. By surrounding survivors with these four pillars, we ensure that practical, emotional, and social support work together to create lasting stability.
The Road-map to independence
Our flagship group sessions provide a clear path forward through complexities of recovery. We focus on the practical skills and mindset shifts needed for independent living, including rebuilding self-worth and establishing healthy boundaries
- Safe & Accessible: This service is accessed virtually, ensuring a discreet way for women to connect. We provide a zero-pressure environment; women are encouraged to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with.
- The Outcome: Survivors move from a state of survival to a position of strength. By decreasing isolation through a shared group experience, women leave equipped with a plan for their future and a network of support.
The personal Anchor
We provide a dedicated, private space for peer-led conversation. This allows for the individual processing of life after abuse and provides the focused guidance needed to navigate the practical hurdles of post-separation life.
- Your Pace, Your Way: This is a safe space where your comfort is the priority. There is no pressure to ‘perform’ or disclose; you lead the conversation at a pace that feels right for you.
- The Outcome: Survivors gain clarity and personal agency, allowing them to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
The physical foundation
To support long-term stability, we must address the physical impact if living in survival mode. We host wellness events, including Art, Yoga, and Walk and Talks; designed to ground the nervous system and reduce the state of “high alert” caused by the trauma.
- The Outcome: Improved wellbeing and better stress management, giving survivors the internal calm needed to engage fully in their recovery.
The social sanctuary
Isolation is a primary risk factor for survivors; we break it through 24/7 connection. From Virtual Book Club to our private, moderated WhatsApp Lifeline, we ensure the ‘village’ is within reach.
The Outcome: The removal of isolation, replaced by a sustainable network of peers who provide ongoing safety. accountability and friendship.
The Impact of AlchemHer
We don’t just address the symptom of abuse, we address the root causes of instability that follow it, By providing a single point of access for emotional, practical and social recovery, we ensure that no woman is left to piece together her own support system while in survival mode.
The Problem We Solved
Most services end at the point of physical safety. However the 18 months following an exit are the most critical for long-term independence.
- The Gap: Traditional support is often fragmented, clinical or time-limited.
- The AlchemHer Solution: A survivor-led, continuous landscape of support that stays with a woman until she is truly independent.

How We Ensure Safety & Quality
For women accessing our services and the partners referring them.
- Confidentiality First: As a virtual-first service, we prioritise the privacy and digital safety of every woman.
- Trauma-Informed Practice: While we are not a clinical service, our peer- mentors have are trained in the principles of safety, choice, and empowerment.
- Informed by Lived Experience: Every program we run is designed and refined by women who have navigated the post-exit journey themselves. We are not “experts ” looking in, we are survivors who have found the way out.
