What AlchemHer Offers
Our support is specifically designed for women who have already left an abusive relationship and navigating the emotional aftermath. We provide:
- Trauma-informed emotional support
Safe, calm spaces led with compassion and grounding techniques. - Weekly group sessions
Connect with women who understand what you’re going through – rebuilding alongside you. - 1:1 support guidance
A confidential space to talk, reflect, and plan your next steps with someone trained in trauma-informedcare. - Peer-led community support
A non judgemental circle of women who truly “get it” – reducing isolation and rebuilding connection.

Who this support is for
Our support is for you if:
- You have left an abusive partner
- You are in the early or ongoing stages of recovery
- You feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely or unsure of your next steps
- You wnat emotional support, stability, and guidance
- You want to connect with others who understand your experince
- Ypou want to rebuild confidence, identity, and control over your life
What we dont offer
We don’t provide:
- Emergency crisis intervention
- Refuges or housing support
- Legal representation
- Mental health diagnosis or therapy
- Guaranteed outcomes
Instead, we offer emotional and community-based support while helping you access specialists when needed.

How to Access Support

- We aim to contact you within 48 hours after receiving your form to arrange the next steps.
All support is confidential and trauma-informed.
